Politique de confidentialité

1. Who we are

ACCGLAM ("we", "us") operates the website accglam.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. For any privacy question, contact us at sales@accglam.com.

2. What we collect

• Order data: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, plus the items you ordered.
• Payment data: handled entirely by PayPal. We only receive your email address and the payment status — we never see or store your card details.
• Usage data: anonymous, aggregated statistics (pages viewed, country of visit) via Cloudflare analytics.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

3. Why we process it

• To fulfil your order (contract): process payment, pack and ship your pieces, handle returns.
• To answer your questions (legitimate interest / contract).
• To keep the shop secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
• To comply with tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

• PayPal — payment processing. PayPal acts as an independent controller for its own fraud prevention; see PayPal's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosting and security (data center logs).
• Postal / courier services — name, address and phone number on the shipping label.

We share only what is necessary for each purpose.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and warranty purposes (typically 7 years). Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years. You can request deletion at any time unless we are legally required to keep the record.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and you may object to processing. Email sales@accglam.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember your language choice, and browser localStorage to keep your shopping cart on your device. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
