Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern all purchases made on accglam.com, operated by ACCGLAM. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products and natural variation

Every piece is hand-carved from natural stone. Colour, banding and inclusions vary from piece to piece; photos are representative but each item is one of a kind. We photograph every order before dispatch so you can compare it with what arrives.

3. Pricing and currency

All prices are displayed in the store currency and include the charges shown at checkout. Shipping, if any, is added at checkout. An order is only binding once PayPal confirms the payment.

4. Order acceptance

We may decline an order (for example if an item has just sold out or the delivery address is outside our shipping zones). If a paid item becomes unavailable we refund the full amount to your PayPal account within 5 business days.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please make sure the address is correct — we ship exactly where you tell us to.

6. Returns

Our Return & Refund Policy gives you 14 days from delivery to return most items for a full refund.

7. Warranty

If a piece arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Disputes are first handled amicably — email sales@accglam.com and we will always try to find a solution.
