退换货政策

1. 14-day return right

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original packaging.

2. How to start a return

1. Email sales@accglam.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
2. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back with tracking. Please do not declare it as a gift or understate its value.

3. Refunds

Once the item reaches us and passes a quick inspection, we refund 100% of the item price to your PayPal account within 5 business days. Original outbound shipping is refunded only when the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Damaged or wrong item

If your piece arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, send photos within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund — including all shipping costs — whichever you prefer.

5. Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless they arrived defective. Custom-engraved or custom-sized pieces are made to order and can only be returned if defective.

6. Non-delivery

If tracking shows the parcel stuck in transit for more than 30 days, or it was returned to us as undeliverable, we refund in full or re-ship at our cost — your choice.
