1. Destinations

We ship worldwide to 50+ countries. Some remote regions may be excluded by the carrier; if your address cannot be served we refund the order in full.

2. Processing time

In-stock pieces are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after your payment clears (business days = Monday to Friday, GMT+8).

3. Delivery time

Typical door-to-door time is 5–12 business days depending on the destination country and customs handling. You receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Any free-shipping threshold shown on the site applies to the merchandise total before shipping.

5. Customs and duties

Prices exclude import duties and taxes. Any import charges are set and collected by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the real value on all parcels — we do not falsify customs documents.

6. Tracking and missing parcels

Every order is insured and traceable. If tracking has not updated for 15 days or the parcel is marked lost, contact us — we re-ship or refund in full.
